In the event you wish to return your goods purchased online, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on goods returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition. Goods must be returned in the original packaging (undamaged) with the tags attached. No exchange or refund available on goods purchased in store. We advise that you contact The Bridal Studio before purchasing goods to ask for images/videos of the item you are interested in purchasing.
If you need to make a return of your online purchase please contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Your goods must be returned to The Bridal Studio, Unit 20 Southgate Shopping Centre, Colpe Cross, Drogheda, Co. Meath, A92EW67 by post and insured for the correct value. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the postage and return of goods.
The Bridal Studio cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Please be advised under current health and safety guidelines your return will be quarantined for 72 hours and processed as quickly as possible. You will be notified on receipt of goods.
The Bridal Studio reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of goods if they are returned damaged or worn or show signs of marks or pulled threads.
